Fairfield County Mission To Families

Fairfield County Mission To Families, in partnership with Hold Out the Lifeline: A Mission to Families at the state level, will work to address the health care needs and concerns of its congregation and community residents. The goals of this project are (1) to train congregational members to become Family Health Advocates, (2) to collaborate, link and partner with appropriate health and human service agencies, other faith-based groups, community health care centers, community businesses and county health department, and (3) to conduct and implement appropriate educational sessions and training based upon identified needs.
